One asset. One team. One record.

When an organisation looks at an African mining asset, several people assemble the same folder from the same public sources and none of them can see the others' work. This is that work, held once: each figure with the document it came from, that document's date, who recorded it, and when it was last confirmed against the source. It is scoped to your organisation — nobody outside it can read or write here.
