Every Sourced numeric figure on an asset whose source document is preserved and byte-hashed on this site, tested against the text of that document. Verdicts, page references and failures are published in full, including our own.
How the rate is calculated. verified ÷ (verified + partial + not‑found). Figures citing a document that is not in the archive are marked out‑of‑scope, name the document they do cite, and are excluded from the denominator. Excluding them raises the rate, so their count is published beside it. Non-numeric cells are not testable and are also excluded. A number counts as found only if it appears in the document; a published decimal must appear as a decimal — we do not accept a document's rounded headline as confirmation of a more precise figure.
