A specific feed or figure (name the feed and the dated record):

build_version; asset-data vintage carries a separate dataset_version and dataset_date (the two can differ — a deploy that changes no asset data does not advance the dataset vintage). Cite the dataset_date for reproducibility; the audit log records every change with its version. Current: feed v1.1.0 · dataset 2026-07-05.The api/v1/ feed paths are intended to be stable; when a feed's schema changes materially it is versioned, and supersessions are recorded on the audit log rather than silently overwriting a path.
Structured, sourced, stable-URL data is also what AI assistants ground on. Being the cited source is the point — but not at the cost of the licence line above.
