What $149 unlocks that the free Kabanga dossier does not

The Kabanga dossier is free at full depth, so you can test the standard before paying for it. How fast is access? Immediate. After payment go to /account/, request a one-click sign-in link by email, and Pro unlocks on your device. No waiting on us.

Do I need an account or password? No password, ever. Sign-in is a one-time emailed link, so there is nothing for us to store or for you to lose.

Can I cancel? Any time, from the billing portal at /account/. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. Annual plans are not pro-rated — see the refund policy.

What does it actually cost? The price shown, plus Mauritius VAT where applicable. No setup fee, no minimum term on monthly, no per-query charges.

Can I pay by invoice instead of card? Yes for Team, Institutional, Verified Dossier and Project Engagement. Pro is card-only via Stripe.

Is my card safe? Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach Afrimintel systems. We hold no card data.

Our procurement needs vendor documents. Entity, registration number, sub-processors, data handling and security posture are published at /procurement/ — including what we don't have.

Refund policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription tiers (Pro, Team, Institutional) are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until that date. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for early cancellation and pro-rated refunds are not offered.

PROJECT ENGAGEMENTS

Verified Dossier and Project Engagement work is governed by a written engagement letter that specifies scope, deliverable, timeline, and payment milestones. Refund terms for incomplete scope follow the engagement letter on a case-by-case basis.
