Refund policy

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription tiers (Pro, Team, Institutional) are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until that date. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable for early cancellation and pro-rated refunds are not offered.

PROJECT ENGAGEMENTS

Project Engagement work is governed by a written engagement letter that specifies scope, deliverable, timeline, and payment milestones. Refund terms for incomplete scope follow the engagement letter on a case-by-case basis.

EXCEPTIONS

Specific situations are handled case-by-case. If you believe your situation warrants review of standard policy, email nikesh@afrimintel.com with detail. Editorial responsibility is singular; responses are direct.

How it works at each tier

Free tier is permanently free. No payment, no signup gate. Province scoring, methodology, audit log, Quality Standard, and Data Sources catalogue are accessible by anyone, anytime. Free tier is for evaluators and for the academic / journalistic / research-oriented users for whom the platform's open editorial substrate is the value proposition.

Pro tier is single-seat subscription. Subscribe directly via the button above — monthly ($149) or annual ($1,490) via Stripe. Account access details delivered by email within 1 business hour. Subscribers gain full-depth access to the 18 intelligence-grade asset dossiers, bankability and downstream-risk panels, the comparable transactions database, and the DCF tool with country-risk-adjusted discount rates.

Team tier is 5-seat subscription — subscribe directly via the button above ($549/mo). Account access details delivered by email within 1 business hour. Institutional and Project Engagement tiers operate by direct conversation. Email with your context — team size, jurisdiction focus, commodity focus, intended use, procurement constraints, timeline. A direct conversation establishes scope and the right tier; bespoke arrangements are accommodated within the Project Engagement framework.

All tiers receive Correction Velocity SLA coverage. Material errors corrected within 7 business days; non-material within 30 business days. Subscribers and Project Engagement clients have priority editorial channel.
