DFI Political-Risk & PRI-Mappability Screen

A DFI sizes its exposure on whether the asset is insurable. Per-asset jurisdiction attractiveness (Fraser), security / conflict context (ACLED), MIGA / national-ECA political-risk-cover availability, and expropriation / resource-nationalism risk. Namibia is premier-tier and low-risk; Tanzania and Cote d'Ivoire are moderate; frontier cases (Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Eritrea) carry higher PRI need but remain mappable; Mali is the high-risk worked case. Jurisdiction risk is a neutral diligence-routing read.
